Schnitte, Baugruppenpläne und evtl. Einzelteilpläne, wie auch alle Listen, DXF und NC (sofern die speziefischen NC/DXF Daten generiert werden können und Sofern gewünscht).

Gemäss vor und/oder zeitnah nach Auftragsbeginn zurverfügung gestellten Arch. Pläne, Aufmasse, Bilder und sonstigen Dokumenten oder Besprechungen.

Im Pauschalprojektpreis ist inbegriffen: Genehmigungspläne (1. Einreichung und 1. Revision bis zu 3 Stunden, zusätzliche Revisionen werden nach Aufwand berechnet oder Pauschal offeriert); Übersichtspläne, Werkstattpläne und Montagepläne. Genehmigungs-, Übersichts- Werkstat- und Montagepläne können, je nach Situation und komplexität, in einem Plan zusammengefasst sein. 

Nach Auftragsbegin gelieferte Angaben zur Konstruktion, die wesentlich vom Grundkonzept, Grundkonstruktion, der vor beginn des Aftrages gelieferten Angaben abweichen bzw. zu mehr Aufwand führen, können als mehraufwand in Rechnung gestellt werden.

Zusätze und Erweiterungen zum Projekt, die nicht angefragt, offeriert bzw. kalkulliert wurden können als Nachtrag Offeriert werden.

Achtung!!! Nicht inbegriffen sind statische oder festigkeits Nachweise! 

Statische oder festigkeits Nachweise können Kundenseits geliefert werden oder in Auftrag gegeben werden.

(Ignacio Aponte PlanungMBK lagert Aufträge für Statik und festigkeits Nachweise, kostenpflichtig, an externe Statiker/Ingenieure aus und werden in Rechnung gestellt und durch den Kunden im voraus bezahlt.)

According to architectural plans, measurements, images, and other documents or discussions provided before and/or shortly after the start of the contract.

The flat-rate project price includes: Approval plans (first submission and first revision up to 3 hours; additional revisions are charged based on time or quoted as a flat rate); overview plans, workshop plans, and assembly plans. Approval plans, overview plans, workshop plans, and assembly plans can be combined into one plan, depending on the situation and complexity.

Design information provided after the start of the contract that deviates significantly from the basic concept, basic design, or information provided before the start of the contract, or that results in additional work, can be invoiced as additional work.

Additions and extensions to the project that were not requested, quoted, or calculated can be quoted as an addendum.

Structural or strength verifications can be provided by the customer or commissioned.

(Ignacio Aponte PlanungMBK outsources structural and strength verification work to external structural engineers/contractors for a fee, and these are invoiced and paid in advance by the customer.)
